- How often will someone actually visit?
- Once a month at minimum on Home Watch, on a date you pre-approve. Family Care plans include extra visits and ad-hoc support.
- Who carries the keys?
- We do, with a logged custody chain. Or we install a smart lock so no physical keys exist.
- What if I need an extra visit?
- ₹500 per ad-hoc visit, anywhere in our coverage area. Just message us on WhatsApp.
