    Spotted a leak or broken fixture? We get quotes, share them with you, and only proceed once you approve.

    Electricity, water, gas, society maintenance — paid on time, every time. Receipts logged.

  • Pre-arrival prep

    Flying down? We'll deep-clean, stock the fridge, test the AC, and turn on the water heater before you land.

How often will someone actually visit?
Once a month at minimum on Home Watch, on a date you pre-approve. Family Care plans include extra visits and ad-hoc support.
Who carries the keys?
We do, with a logged custody chain. Or we install a smart lock so no physical keys exist.
What if I need an extra visit?
₹500 per ad-hoc visit, anywhere in our coverage area. Just message us on WhatsApp.
