Deep cleaning
Monthly full-home clean including kitchen degreasing, bathroom scrubbing, fan and AC vent dusting, and floor polishing.
AC servicing
Quarterly servicing of every AC unit — filter clean, gas top-up if needed, and a written service report per unit.
Pest control
Quarterly visit for cockroaches, ants, and rodents. Anti-termite and mosquito fogging available on request.
Garden & balcony care
Watering, pruning, fertilising, and seasonal replanting. Your plants survive your absence.
Water tank cleaning
Annual or bi-annual cleaning of overhead and underground tanks, with a water quality report afterwards.
Painting & repairs
Touch-ups, full-room repaints, leak fixes, plumbing, electrical, carpentry. Quotes shared and approved before any work begins.
Renovation oversight
We project-manage contractors on your behalf — site visits, quality checks, payment milestones, and daily updates.
