- Who actually visits my parents?
- The same trained supervisor every time, with verified credentials and a branded ID card. You'll know their name and number from day one — no rotating strangers.
- Is this only for parents living alone?
- No. We support parents living alone, with a spouse, with a helper, or with extended family — wherever you'd like another reliable set of eyes and hands.
- Do you provide medical or pharmacy services?
- No. We do not provide medical, nursing, pharmacy or healthcare services and we do not deliver or dispense prescription medicines. Our visits are non-medical companionship, household help and family coordination.
